1. Scope of Services

1.1 We provide personalised astrology reports (“Services”), including but not limited to the Lilith Synastry Report.
1.2 All reports are delivered in digital PDF format via email within ten (10) working days of order confirmation.
1.3 The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your data is correct.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 All prices are listed in GBP (£). International customers are responsible for any conversion fees applied by their bank or payment provider.
2.2 Full payment must be received before processing your order.
2.3 Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment information.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Due to the personalised nature of our reports, all sales are final.
3.2 Refunds will only be issued in cases of:

  • (a) Non-delivery of the report;

  • (b) Duplicate payment error.
    3.3 Refund requests must be submitted to info@astrofoot.co.uk within 14 calendar days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All content on this Website and within our reports, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Astrofoot and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4.2 Reports are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
4.3 You may not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of our reports or Website content without our prior written consent.

5.1 Astrology reports are intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.

8.3 Affiliate links are tracked through third-party software. We are not responsible for technical issues preventing proper tracking.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
